- 1 liter of water

Instructions:
1. Rinse the pork knuckle, carrots, radish, lotus root, tofu skin, goji berries, red dates, winter melon seeds, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
